Spark Bridge began as a tight-knit group of professionals who share a common belief in the impact that effective leadership can have. Over time, our network has grown and diversified, and we now have a wealth of expertise in various industries such as education, aged care, disability support, resources, travel, and tourism. Our network includes individuals with backgrounds in psychology, social work, teaching, business, and organisational culture. Together, we strive to bring about positive change and drive innovation in individuals and organisations, leveraging our collective knowledge and experience. Graham Willcock
Graham is an executive and business coach with 12 years experience as a Chief Executive Officer in multinational organisations in the listed, private and Not for Profit sectors. His experience includes education, media, health, construction and engineering, advertising, marketing, aged care and disability support services. Graham is a non Executive Director for two Not For Profit organisations committed to changing the world for the better, one person, one family at a time.
Graham is a Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute, a Chartered Professional Marketer, and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and International Coaching Federation.


Shelley Tegg
Shelley is a life coach helping people achieve their fullest potential. Her experience includes leadership development, effective communication, decision-making, resilience, and work-life balance. With experience in resources, logistics and waste management Shelley is able to align the need for a commercial outcome while working within the ESG goals of large complex organisations.
Shelley is a Member of the International Coaching Federation.


David Toll
David is an expert in solving problems in the workplace caused by conflict. Applying highly specialised skills in mediation, negotiation, investigation and conflict coaching, David is a nationally accredited, legally qualified specialist Workplace Mediator, a trained and qualified conflict coach and a professional investigator. David has experience working in higher education, emergency services, local, state or federal government enterprises.
David has a law degree and is a nationally accredited specialist workplace mediator and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Richard Brown
Richard is a registered psychologist, coach, and experienced business professional offering a range of Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to organisations, as well as counselling and personal development services for individuals. Richard's specialisations include organisational services design to strengthen effectiveness, maximise morale, increase workforce competence, and minimise risk. Richard is committed to counselling and treatment services to assist people experiencing difficulties in life and personal development for individuals looking for greater levels of purpose, achievement and satisfaction in their lives. Richard provides clinical supervision for mental health practitioners.


Jack Roach
Jack is strategist, networker, thinker and coach who empowers Individuals and businesses through their change journey. He genuinely cares about people and with deep experience in healthcare, social services, and the delivery of complex projects Jack likes to use his varied skills to support individuals to be the best version of themselves.
Jack has a Masters of Health Management, Graduate Certificate of Applied Coaching and Bachelor of Social Work


Sarah Kay
Sarah is an accomplished business professional beginning her career with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in accounting, business law and economics, and then following that by building owning and operating a large size retailer store, which later become the Victorian Independent Retailer of the Year. Sarah has applied her discipline and commitment within the fitness industry for 17 years owning and operating a coaching business and completing over 70+ endurance events from marathons, the 100 miler, to ironman and Ultraman Australia. As an Australian Triathlon Development Coach, Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor Sarah is as engaging in the office as she is on the sports field and is passionate about helping people achieve things they once thought impossible.


Tammy Schincariol
Tammy has 30 years experience in the education sector, leading teams in both primary and secondary settings. She has a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by teachers at all stages of their career, and she has a particular passion for enhancing wellbeing and resilience. Incorporating personality psychology with the use of internationally acclaimed Hogan Assessments, Tammy can help to identify strengths and possible derailers that might detract from optimal wellbeing and productivity, and can assist in reclaiming joy in any workplace.
Tammy has a Masters in Education and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Coaching and is Hogan Certified to administer and interpret Hogan Personality Assessments.


Dan Rixon
Dan is an expert mindskills coach applying his experience from a First Division Cricket and AFL career to team development in commercial and Not For Profit organisations including the secondary schools sector. Skilled in developing and facilitating engaging programs to meet individual and team performance goals, Dan is well known for his design and implementation of successful elite programs, identifying talent, and creating clarity of thinking to best execute in high pressure, high performance situations.
